We offer services including but not limited to: Odoo ERP Implementation & Customization Integration with third-party applications (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Salesforce) Mobile App Development Technical Consulting and Support AI-based solutions (OCR, Automation, etc.) Service-specific agreements, including Statement of Work (SOW), project timelines, and deliverables, will be mutually agreed upon before initiation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to: Provide accurate information for service fulfillment. Ensure timely communication for project progress. Use services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not: Use our services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our software or systems.

4. Account & Access

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse our platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website—including logos, software, text, graphics, and code—is the exclusive property of TechUltra Solutions or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited. You retain ownership of your own data and proprietary content shared with us, but grant us a limited license to use it for project execution.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the invoice or proposal. General terms include: 50% advance payment on project initiation unless otherwise agreed. Remaining balance upon completion or milestone delivery. For monthly/annual services, payment is due before the next billing cycle. Late payments may incur additional fees and delay service delivery.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive business information shared during engagements. This obligation remains in force even after project completion.

8. Third-Party Services & Links

We may integrate or link to third-party platforms. While we ensure compatibility, we are not responsible for the privacy practices, terms, or content of external sites.

9. Service Availability & Modifications

While we aim for uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that our site or offerings will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice, especially for updates or legal compliance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: TechUltra Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service in question.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
